Responsibilities

• 中途採用業務

-各事業部との採用要件・採用計画の策定-人材エージェントとのリレーション構築・採用推進-ダイレクトリクルーティングの企画・運用（BizReach／LinkedIn／その他採用媒体）-採用プロセスの設計・改善-面接運営および選考推進-オファー条件の調整・提示-入社までのフォローおよびオンボーディング支援

• 採用マーケティング・ブランディング

-採用ホームページの企画・改善-SNS・各種WEB媒体の活用-母集団形成施策の企画・実行-採用広報施策の推進-採用ブランド向上に向けたプロジェクト推進

• 分析・企画業務

-採用KPI／採用コストの分析-採用チャネル別効果測定-採用予算策定・管理-採用手法の改善提案

• 新卒採用、障がい者採用、派遣管理

Requirements

• 中途採用のご経験をお持ちの方（事業会社／人材業界出身者いずれも歓迎）
• 採用マーケティングの経験　もしくは　採用チャネルの拡大など、母集団形成施策の企画・実行経験をお持ちの方
• TOIEC500点程度をお持ちの方
