Responsibilities

お客様の情報システム部門と協業しながら、グローバル規模のIT運用プロジェクトに参画。

• 国内外拠点のMicrosoft 365運用サービス標準化の企画
• 現状運用業務ヒアリング、標準化に向けたGAP分析および改善提言
• グローバル標準運用実現に向けた運用設計
• 海外グループ会社および協力会社との業務分担調整、運用要員教育、業務管理
• 多言語による運用ドキュメント整備
• 顧客責任者への運用実績報告
• 運用課題の定義および改善施策の推進

Requirements

必須条件：

• 日常会話レベルの中国語スキルに加えて、下記のいずれかの経験をお持ちの方
• インフラ運用経験(加えて、グループウェアの運用経験は歓迎)
• 業務フロー／運用マニュアルの作成経験(運用設計・プロセス管理経験は歓迎)
• M365の運用経験

歓迎条件：

• リーダー経験
• 情報処理資格各種、プロジェクト管理系資格
• ITIL関連資格
• Microsoft認定資格
• 中国語資格(HSKなど)
