Responsibilities

税務部 国際税務グループにて税務業務を担当いただきます。ご経験・スキルに応じて業務をアサインとなります。ご入社後、ホールディングスに出向となります。
業務内容：

• グローバル税務ガバナンスの体制整備、BEPS2.0対応、移転価格モニタリング、文書化によるリスク低減対応、国内外税務自主監査の企画実施
• 事業部門や関係会社への税務支援
• 海外進出やM&A等のプロジェクトに対する税務支援
  • ※業務によっては英語を使用する機会がございます（英文読解、英文メール対応、英会話）
  • ※他部門のプロジェクト等での社内連携も多く、税務にて検討すべき事項（税務リスク検討など）について提案する機会もあります。様々な部署と連携しながら業務を進めることができます。

Requirements

必須要件：

• 以下いずれかのご経験をお持ちの方
  • (1)事業会社での税務業務の経験（国内税務・国際税務 不問）
  • (2)税理士法人での会計・税務業務の経験

歓迎要件：

• 税理士、公認会計士
• 英語での意思疎通が可能な方（目安：TOEIC(R)テストスコア 700点以上)
