Responsibilities

グローバル購買戦略に基づき、日本市場における調達活動および間接購買業務を推進いただくポジションです。
社内外のステークホルダーと連携しながら、購買戦略の実行、サプライヤーマネジメント、コスト最適化、調達プロセス改善を担い、事業成長を支えていただきます。


■主な業務内容

• Source to Pay（S2P）プロセスの運用および推進
• グローバル購買戦略に基づく国内調達計画の立案・実行
• サプライヤーとの契約交渉および関係構築
• コスト最適化および購買シナジー創出の推進
• グローバルカテゴリー戦略の活用・展開
• 調達プロセスおよび業務プロセスの改善
• 社内関係者との連携および調達支援
• サプライヤー評価の実施
• 社内向け調達・P2Pトレーニングの実施
• グローバル会議および社外会議の運営・ファシリテーション

Requirements

■必須

• 間接購買領域における実務経験（製薬業界または同等の環境での経験を含む）
• 購買・調達戦略の立案および実行経験
• 部門横断プロジェクトへの参画経験
• ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル
  • ビジネスレベル／グローバル会議で質疑応答が可能なレベル
• MS Office、SAP、Ariba、ERPシステムの利用経験
