Responsibilities

As a member of the Global IT Leadership team in Headquarters, you will be a part of leading IT governance for the company.
Main responsibilities: 

• This position is to lead some of the global IT procurement related pillers such as Global IT contract RFP, Contract negotiation and management with global partners, Strategy partnership maintenance, Vendor performance management, and more.
• Act as a guardian of Global IT procurement scheme, you will be the contact person of your area from 6 regions in HQ.
• You will behave as a specialist of your area internal / external stakeholders by responding to HQ executive expectations
• Design global IT procurement processes and its management systems
• Lead design and implementing necessary procurement management systems in Japan and also in the global region
• Lead change management to implement the processes and systems to each regions including Japan
• Manage internal stakeholders to summarize global requirements for global procurement contracts
• Negotiate with global partners to get competitive contract conditions
• Collect and manage IT procurement related data such as contract, average unit price and so on.
• Supplier and stakeholder management 
• Cost Reduction with Strategic Purchasing Plans 
• Sourcing new suppliers with strategic purchasing plans 

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Strong interest in the latest technology
• English level：Fluent in written and spoken business English
• Clear understanding of procurement related law
• Experience in IT governance or IT procurement.
• Experience in managing IT vendors locally and remotely (Off-shore management is a must)
• Good stakeholders management and negotiation skills
• Hands-on oriented
• Strong logical thinking capabilities
• Schedule oriented delivery achievement
• Experience on both agile development and water-fall development in enterprise project
• Experience in Salesforce.com platform, SAP, and ServiceNow
• Experience in DevOps
• Experience in a project management for large scale of global project
• Good knowledge in IT Service Management (Certified in ITIL)
• Good knowledge and expertise of cloud computing, infrastructure, and applications
• Experience in facilitating the decision making board for technological topics
