Responsibilities

• 株主総会・株主優待の企画・運営統括
• 関係部門（法務・広報など）や委託先と連携しながら企画を立案し、経営層へ報告
• 委託先を主導し、株主総会の運営を推進
• 議決権行使助言会社や投資家とのSR対話
• 投資家からの要請や実質株主判明調査などに応じて、議決権行使助言会社や投資家とESGに関する対話を実施
• 投資家とのコミュニケーションのうち9割（年間50～60件）は海外投資家との面談となるため、英語を使用する機会が多い環境です。

Requirements

必須条件：

• IR、SR、法務、広報領域いずれかでの3年以上の実務経験
• 株式関連の知識
• 英語力（TOEIC(R)テスト800点以上）

歓迎条件：

• IR、SR、法務、広報領域等でのマネジメント・管理職経験
