Responsibilities

• 以下の業務において中核となる人財を募集します。社員と業務請負合わせて5人前後の人員で以下を推進します。
• 今回はスペシャリスト職としての募集ですが、将来的にはマネジメント職も狙えるポジションです。
• 以下の遂行にあたっては、AI検索の時代を見据えた検討、自社におけるAI活用も期待しています。
• 現在導入を進めている新CMS（Content Management System）を生かしたWebsiteの戦略・施策の立案および運営
• グループ全体のガバナンスを含めたSNS活用の戦略・施策の立案および実施

Requirements

必須条件：

• 以下のいずれか、もしくは両方のご経験がある方
• 会社もしくは団体等のWebsiteの構築、運営のご経験　5年以上
• 会社もしくは団体等のSNSの運営のご経験　3年以上
• 以下のいずれか、もしくは両方の知識を有する方
• Adobe Experience Managerを活用したWebsiteの設計、構築、運用に関する知識
• 企業SNSアカウントの運用に関する知識
• プロジェクトリーダー経験を５年以上、もしくは3名以上5名以下の規模で管理職経験を3年以上
