Responsibilities

業界最大規模（18,000席）のコンタクトセンターで利用するシステム基盤のインフラエンジニア業務です。同社のグローバルケイパビリティを生かして海外関係会社と連携した外資企業様の案件が増加しており、グローバルな環境で裁量を持って活躍いただけるポジションです。

• インフラ設計・運用・保守
  • インフラ導入時の設計、構築、導入作業
  • 既存インフラに対する設定変更等の対応
  • セキュリティ対策
  • 故障・障害対応
• 英語による既存・新規クライアントとのコミュニケーション
  • クライアントとの会議、要件ヒアリング
  • メールによる問合せ対応

Requirements

■必須条件：

• TOEIC800点以上or英語を利用したビジネスの実務経験をお持ちの方
• ネットワーク・サーバ設計・構築・運用経験5年以上
• 日本語能力検定N2レベル
