Responsibilities

• パートナー企業との契約に基づいたアライアンスマネジメント（AM)活動（契約立案、交渉、締結）のリード
• パートナー候補企業との臨床アセットの導出入における条件交渉のAM観点からのサポート
• 自社保有製品の譲渡における候補先の探索、デューデリジェンス活動・契約交渉（契約立案、交渉、締結）等のリード
• 重要な契約締結に関する経営層へのプレゼンテーション
• ネットワーキング活動

Requirements

■必須要件：

• 製薬業界又はバイオテックカンパニーでの経験が通算10年以上（事業開発の他、研究開発/海外事業/知財/法務等）
• 事業開発における臨床アセットの導出入活動、契約に基づくアライアンスマネジメントの実務経験が通算5年以上
• ビジネスレベルの英語力
