Responsibilities

売上高3兆円時代に対応するため、担当するシステムおよび業務領域をどのように発展させるべきか、自ら考え提案し、実現していく役割を担っていただきます。具体的には社内SEとして以下の業務を担っていただきます。

• 今後予定している現地法人、国内工場への導入プロジェクトへシステム運用設計事務局の一員として参画・推進します
• 担当する基幹システムの領域に関連する社内プロジェクトへシステム運用設計事務局の一員として参画・推進します
• グローバルシステムの運用保守ルールの管理を行います
• 協力会社メンバーのマネジメント（進捗・品質管理）

まずは既存社員や協力会社メンバーとともに活動し、その後、自らがリーダーとして上記の業務をリードする役割を担っていただくことを期待しています。

Requirements

必須条件：

• 3年以上のシステム運用保守経験
• 語学：読み書きレベル（目安：TOEIC(R)テスト600点）

歓迎条件：

• ITILをベースとした運用保守経験１年以上
