Responsibilities

1．販売店アフターサービスオペレーション強化

• 販売店KPI管理手法、CS評価基準およびオペレーションスタンダードの開発
• 販売店オペレーションの改善活動における教材開発と現地法人の人材育成
• 新興市場における販売店ネットワークの構築支援

2．現法・ディストリビューターのアフターサービスオペレーション強化

• KGI／KPIをベースとしたCS・アフターサービスビジネスの評価・改善手法の開発
• 現法・ディストリビューターのアフターサービス機能の評価と改善指導および組織・人材育成
• 新規現法・Distのアフターサービス機能構築

Requirements

必須条件：

• 海外営業や海外でのフィールドサービス領域のご経験、またはアフターサービス領域での海外支援のご経歴
• 英語でのコミュニケーションが可能な方

歓迎条件：

• 日本国内外の自動車、二輪車製造業においての業務経験
• 情報処理、研究開発等の業務経験
• スペイン語
