Responsibilities

• サービスマニュアル・パーツカタログの制作企画および原稿作成
• 開発／生産部門からの情報収集
• デジタル化されたサービスマニュアルやパーツカタログの制作・管理
• 海外アソシエートとのコミュニケーション（英文メール対応・会議）
• 販売店や整備士、お客様の視点に立ち、「現場で本当に役立つ情報とは何か」を考え抜き、分かりやすく価値ある形で届けることが求められます。また、制作自体は外部ベンダーと連携しながら進めるため、企画・品質・進行管理を主体的にリードしていただきます。

Requirements

• 汎用製品（発電機、農機、除雪機、ﾏﾘﾝｴﾝｼﾞﾝ、蓄電/給電機など）、バイクやクルマの各部品の構造や機能を理解している方
• 汎用製品（発電機、農機、除雪機、ﾏﾘﾝｴﾝｼﾞﾝ、蓄電/給電機など）、バイクやクルマに関する以下の経験をお持ちの方
• 完成車／自動車部品メーカー／汎用製品メーカー／販売会社／販売店でのサービス／顧客対応／品質管理などの業務経験
• 英語力 TOEIC（R）テスト550点以上（現地法人とのやり取りやサービス資料のチェックで使用します）
