Responsibilities

• 全社・グローバル人材育成戦略の立案および中期計画の策定・推進
• 経営戦略と連動した人材像・育成体系の再設計
• 研修体系・学習基盤（Learning Management System※以下LMS等）を含む育成インフラの高度化・統合推進
• 全社横断・海外拠点を含む人材育成施策（研修・制度・仕組み）の企画・推進
• 人材育成ROI・KPIの設計およびモニタリング基盤の構築
• 推進プロジェクト（例：グローバル研修、LMS活用、次世代人材育成等）の統括
• Talent Development Unitの組織マネジメント（採用・育成・評価、体制構築）

Requirements

必須条件：

• 以下すべてのご経験を満たす方
• 部門もしくは複数プロジェクトを対象とした戦略立案・推進経験
• 多数のステークホルダー（特に経営層）を巻き込んだ全社横断プロジェクトのリード経験
• 組織マネジメント経験（評価・育成・採用を含む）
• 以下何れかのご経験
• コンサルティングファームにおける業務経験、またはプロジェクト型業務の経験　
• 人材育成／人材開発領域における施策の企画～実行～効果検証までの一貫したリード経験
