Responsibilities

• 学習体験（LX）のデザインおよび改善施策の立案
• 学習プログラムやコンテンツの社内プロモーション（Internal Marketing）
• 学習データの集計・分析、および経営層・関係部署へのレポート・改善提言
• 学習プラットフォーム（WD、OPT U、Udemy、Digital Library等）の運用・保守・改善

Requirements

• プロジェクトマネジメント経験：施策の立案から実行、進捗管理までを主体的に完遂した経験（業種問わず）
• プロアクティブなコミュニケーション力：関係部署のステークホルダーと信頼関係を築き、調整や合意形成を円滑に進められる方
• データに対するリテラシー：複数のツールを横断してデータを扱い、正確に集計・精査することに抵抗がない方
