Responsibilities

• 顧客への提案活動および案件獲得
• デザインコンサルティングプロジェクトの実行・デリバリー
• プロジェクト品質の担保およびマネジメント
• プロジェクト体制設計・リソース最適化
• チームリーダー・メンバーの育成および指導
• 顧客経営層・意思決定層とのコミュニケーション
• 事業部門・関係部署との連携によるプロジェクト推進
• 生成AIを活用した分析およびプロジェクトプロセスの高度化

Requirements

• コンサルティング企業でのマネジメント経験（戦略、組織、収益管理）
• ビジネス／テクノロジー／デザイン領域のコンサル経験
• 意思決定層への提案・営業経験
• プロジェクトチームのリード経験（デザイナー・エンジニア含む）
• 人間中心設計／デザイン思考によるサービス・プロダクト開発経験
• サービスデザインの実践経験
• 複数チームのマネジメント能力
• 論理的思考力・課題解決力・コミュニケーション能力
• 生成AI活用（分析・プロセス設計・競合調査）経験
