Responsibilities

既存サービスの促進や新規事業の推進を円滑に進めるため、国内外の外部関係者との渉外活動、およびそれに伴うプロジェクトマネジメントを担っていただきます。
業務内容：◎プロジェクト推進・渉外活動

• 自社のポジション確立に向けた戦略立案と、それに付随するプロジェクトの実行管理
• 官公庁、業界団体、他事業者などの外部関係者とのリレーション構築および理解浸透に向けた働きかけ
• 国内外の社会情勢、規制制度の調査・分析

◎社内アドバイザリー・連携

• 各事業部門と連携し、状況把握をした上で渉外活動を実施し、そのフィードバックを事業へ還元
• 経営層への迅速なレポーティングと、意思決定に向けた提言

Requirements

必須条件：

• プロジェクト推進力: 自ら課題を設定し、複数のステークホルダーを調整しながらプロジェクトを完遂させた経験
• 高いコミュニケーション・調整力: ステークホルダーとの粘り強い折衝および信頼関係構築の実務経験
• 語学力（英語）: 海外の制度調査や海外ステークホルダーとの調整が可能なレベル
• 論理的思考・ドキュメンテーション能力: 複雑な論点を整理し、説得力のあるストーリーラインに落とし込む能力

歓迎条件：

• 行政機関、官公庁、またはその外郭団体での勤務経験
