Our client provides IT infrastructure support services offering a wide range of high-quality services, including IT infrastructure implementation consulting, user support, hardware and software installation, as well as maintenance.

Responsibilities

• 国内トップ証券会社に常駐し、社員向けITヘルプデスク業務を担当いただきます。

<具体的な業務>

• PC／iPhone／iPad／Office製品に関する問い合わせ対応(対面・電話・メール)※日本語・英語を使用(外国籍社員対応あり)
• ソフトウェアのインストール、設定サポート
• トラブルシューティング対応
• 定例報告への参加およびレポート作成
• ビジネスパートナーとの連携・運用推進

Requirements

• 法人向けITヘルプデスクの経験
• 英語を業務で使用した経験(会話・メール)※翻訳ツール利用可

歓迎条件:

• ITインフラの運用経験
