Responsibilities

• グローバル規模のタレントマネジメント施策を主導します。後継者計画、タレントプール運用、タレントレビュー（ディスカッション）の高度化を通じて、継続的にタレントへ投資し続ける文化・仕組みを作ります。
• タレント戦略の設計・運用（中計／経営アジェンダ連動）
• サクセッション（後継者計画）／タレントプールの実行力強化
• 経営層／CxOを巻き込むタレントガバナンス運営
• 仕組みを支える基盤整備（データ／システム）

Requirements

下記いずれか必須:

• 戦略的タレントマネジメントの企画・運用経験（仕組みを回し改善した経験）
• サクセッションプラン／タレントパイプライン管理の実務経験
• タレントマネジメント／アセスメントに関する知識（原則・手法の理解）
• 高いビジネス感覚、データリテラシー、課題解決力、オーナーシップ
• ステークホルダーマネジメント力（合意形成・関係構築）
• 日本語・英語：ビジネスレベル※英語の使用場面例（会議頻度、資料作成、海外HRとの調整、役員向け報告 等）
