■ポジションについて
クラスターエンジニアリング部長（Cluster Director of Engineering）として、アンダーズ東京/ホテル虎ノ門ヒルズの施設維持保全管理業務全般のマネジメントをお任せします。


■具体的な業務内容

• 設備保全維持・保守点検業務(委託会社)の管理
• 家具備品（FFE）などの保全・修理・更新業務
• 厨房機器の保守点検管理・修理・更新工事計画
• 水道光熱費の管理
• 修繕予算・計画の管理
• 設備投資の計画および管理
• 外部施工業者との調整や工事立会い
• 省エネルギー・環境問題への取り組み
• 官庁関係の計画書作成

Requirements

【必須】

• 施設管理業務における責任者クラスでの業務経験2年以上(ホテルもしくは商業施設)
  • ※ビルマネジメント会社でのご経験も歓迎いたします
• 基礎的なPCスキル：Excel/Word/Power Point
• 外国籍スタッフとの最低限の意思疎通が可能な英語スキル（基礎レベルで構いません）
