Responsibilities

• グローバル人事として、リージョナル人事との連携を通じ下記の業務を推進いただきます。
• 中長期の経営計画や方向性を踏まえた、グローバル人事戦略の企画・立案
• グローバル人事戦略を踏まえた評価報酬／タレントマネジメント施策の企画・立案・運用
• M&AにおけるPMIの推進サポート
• グローバルHRガバナンスの企画・運営サポート
• グローバルモビリティ（海外赴任・バーチャルアサイメント）制度の企画・立案・運用
• 海外駐在員の赴任・赴任中・帰任に係るモビリティ業務（VISA手続き、海外給与計算、給与手当支給、税務、安全管理など）の改善・標準化・運用
• グローバルHRカンファレンスの運営サポート

Requirements

必須条件：以下いずれも必須

• ビジネスレベルの英語力
• 3年以上の人事業務経験（制度・労務・グローバル人事など）

歓迎条件：

• グローバル人事経験
• グローバルカンパニーや、持株会社での人事経験
• 企画部門におけるプロジェクトリード、プロジェクトマネジメント経験
