Responsibilities
The HR Group Leader will be responsible for executing and leading autonomously as project leader ordelegated by the Line Manager and in coordination with Corporate HR, the processes in his/her area ofexpertise, including but not limited to people development, change management, internal communication,reputation, Branding, DEI and ESG activities, Employee satisfaction, and events management.
Main responsibilities:
  • Attract and retain top talent. This involves developing effective recruitment strategies to attract the best candidates for open positions, as well as implementing retention programs to ensure that employees are engaged and motivated to stay with the company.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a positive work environment.
  • Creating a culture of diversity and inclusion, as well as fostering a sense of teamwork and collaboration among employees
  • Promoting a positive work environment, an HR manager can help improve employee morale, productivity, and overall job satisfaction
  • Managing employee performance and development
  • Conducting performance evaluations, providing feedback and coaching to employees, and identifying training and development opportunities to help employees grow and succeed in their roles 
  • Execution of internal communication in agreement and coordination with company management
  • Boost and lead people development processes, including behavioral assessments and relevant feedback, internal and international job rotation, succession planning, career plans, in coordination with Corporate HR and reporting to the Line Manager
  • Analyze training needs coming from competence assessment results and requests from LMs, support the definition of individual development plans
  • Organize training courses as required, collect attendees’ feedback and record results. Support the Line
  • Manager in selecting providers with monitoring training costs
  • Define and maintain organizational documents (policies, organizational announcements, org. charts, job descriptions etc.)
  • Improve employee’s satisfaction (engagement score) by ensuring implementation and change management of projects, including company events
  • Management of initiatives related to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the workplace. Developing companywide diversity and inclusion programs. Creating, sponsoring, and encouraging employee groups
  • Ensure ESG implementation and compliance. Prepare reports and documents to communicate the company's ESG progress and performance
  • Social media activities: boost company reputation internally (Intranet, Global website) and externally
  • (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) managing relevant news and creating effective contents for engaging with a target audience
  • Execute recruiting and new hire integration processes in coordination with CHRO, local HR Manager/Director and future line managers
Requirements
Minimum requirements:
  • Recruiting experience 
  • Talent management / Engagement project experience 
  • Business English
