Responsibilities

グローバルモビリティの専門家として、制度設計・運用・改善を担いながら、国際的な人材配置を支える戦略的役割を担っていただきます。単なるオペレーションではなく、HR・税務・各地域の関係者と連携し、最適かつコンプライアンスを担保したグローバル人材活用を実現します。
＜具体的には＞

• グローバルモビリティポリシーの定期的な見直しおよび戦略的施策の企画・導入
• 海外赴任、リモートワーク、複数拠点勤務など多様な国際就労形態に関するHR支援
• 税務、社会保険、ビザ／イミグレーション等の要件を踏まえた制度運用と助言
• 地域HRとの連携によるガバナンス強化と継続的な業務改善
• グローバルモビリティ関連システムの活用・自動化推進による業務効率化
• 社内外ステークホルダーとの関係構築、調整、信頼醸成

Requirements

必須条件：

• 税務コンプライアンスを中心とした高度なグローバルモビリティ専門知識
• 多様な国際就労形態の実務経験
• 英語ビジネスレベル

歓迎条件：

• 関連するグローバルモビリティ分野で10年以上の経験があり、日本市場に関する知識と日本の労働法に関する深い理解を有する
• バーチャルなグローバル人事チームでの勤務経験
