Responsibilities

• 欧州拠点の買収企業の報酬委員会を各社の責任者と連携・主導
• 組織・人材戦略の策定、計画、実行（組織設計、リソース戦略、後継者計画といったHRBP業務に加え、採用、解雇、業績管理、報酬、雇用に関する技術的・法的側面について人事の専門家としてその解決に取り組む）
• 組織・文化変革施策の設計および実行（従業員の声の傾聴、エンゲージメント向上、能力強化など）
• HRコンサルティングおよびコーチング（人材・カルチャー課題の解決支援、採用・退職・評価・報酬などの法務・実務面の助言）
• ビジネス変革の推進支援
• 法務／国際税務チームと連携し、グローバルHRBP内での仕組み・専門性構築を通じたクロスボーダー赴任における税務リスク低減

Requirements

下記いずれか必須

• グローバルHRでの経験
• 人事戦略の企画（組織開発、報酬、タレントマネジメント、要員計画等の業務をのいずれかに精通されている方）

※目安：3年以上
必須言語：

• 英語：ビジネスレベル（CHRO含む経営層と交渉・議論可能）

歓迎要件：

• 複数人のHRBPを取りまとめ、大規模制度変革や組織変革をリーダーとして実行した経験
• 事業計画のマネジメント経験
