Our client is a pioneer in the manufacturing of coin and bill validation devices for vending machines and related equipment in Japan. We have been providing advanced, high-quality, and reliable products. In recent years, we have expanded our product line to include e-money terminals and cash handling systems for retail, transportation, and amusement sectors. Leveraging the technology developed in the vending machine market, we also offer currency validation devices for pachinko and gaming markets, self-service gas stations, and hourly parking lots. Moreover, we entered the e-money market early and have been focusing on the development and sales of terminals and systems that support cashless payments. We maintain a high market share in the vending machine sector and continue to be an industry leader in the electronic payment market, providing cutting-edge technology products.

Responsibilities

■業務概要当社の発展と成長を担う人事部門のコアメンバーとして、人事制度全般の企画・運用から採用、人材育成まで幅広い業務を担当していただきます。米国本社との連携を強化しつつ、国内工場の実情やビジネス環境に即した最適な人事施策を推進し、組織・人材の強化とサステナビリティを実現する役割です。
■具体的業務：

米国本社の人事方針（変更・刷新を含む）と連動しながら、国内の環境に合わせて、国内の環境に合わせて役割等級制度、目標管理、評価、報酬、キャリアプラン、インセンティブ、後継者育成等の制度改良・定着化を主導。

米国親会社と連携のもと、会社の成長を牽引する気概ある人材の採用業務。中途・新卒双方の採用活動を企画・実行し、将来を見据えた組織人員の最適化と組織安定を図る。

会社の将来を担う人材（経営幹部やCashless Business）の育成及び将来を見据え、幹部候補社員を見極めながら、研修企画や成長機会の提供、研修PDCA運用を実施。

※社内各部門と連携し、部門ニーズに応じた人事面のコンサルテーションや制度提案を行い、人事面から組織のパフォーマンス最大化を支援するポジションです。

Requirements

■必須条件

• 人事制度企画運用、勤務・給与・社保定型業務を含む人事経験［７年以上］（特に人事制度の企画・運用、中途・新卒の採用、人材育成を重視）
• 製造業で(日本国内)工場における人事経験［３年以上］
• 日系企業、外資系企業の両方での人事経験［各３年以上］
• 海外とのオンライン/電話会議に参加可能な英語力
• （HＲＩＳを含めた）ITリテラシーと高いPＣスキル［Office365, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word］
