Responsibilities

ご経験に応じて以下のいずれかの業務を担当いただきます。
1）個別案件審査（案件レビュー）

• 接待・贈答・寄付・スポンサーシップ・Third Party Intermediaryに関する申請の審査
• 贈収賄リスクの軽重、当行規則との整合性、リスクレベルを判断
• 案件背景の確認や追加情報取得など、関係部署との連携を通じた審査対応

2）HQとの連携・協議

• USヘッド・チームとのアドホック会議・案件共有
• 高リスク案件の判断についてHQ側と協議し、グローバルで整合した対応方針を整理

3）ABCガバナンス業務（経験・習熟に応じて）

• 贈収賄防止に関する行内規則・手続の整備・更新
• 全行的なABC施策の企画・とりまとめ、関係部署との調整
• HQとの協働を通じたグローバルガバナンス高度化プロジェクトへの参画

Requirements

必須条件：

• 金融機関での実務経験ないしは金融機関へのコンサルティング経験
• 英語での業務遂行能力（TOEIC(R)テスト730点以上）

推奨：

• AML・経済制裁対応・贈収賄汚職防止に関する業務経験
• その他コンプライアンス・リスク管理・監査の業務経験
• 国際業務や海外での業務経験
