Responsibilities

<組織開発領域におけるソリューション開発＞

• ワークショップ開発
• イベント、セミナー企画運営
• デジタルツール開発
• All hands meetingのコンテンツ企画　等

＜主なステークホルダー＞

• 組織開発課メンバー
• 各カンパニー／ディビジョン　企業文化推進担当
• 人事部門、総務部門など全社施策を推進するコーポレート部門

＜英語使用場面＞

• MTGや資料作成、チャットツールなど、日常的に英語を使用

Requirements

• 従業員エンゲージメントや企業文化醸成への強い関心、当事者意識
• チームビルディングを含む人材開発／組織開発の実践経験（企画／コンテンツ制作／ファシリテーション）
• プロジェクトマネジメントスキル
• TOEIC800点以上または同等の英語力
