Responsibilities

• 抗体に関する技術移転プロジェクトチームのリーダーとして、製造サイトの選定、技術移転計画の立案・実行を担います。
• 関連部署や外部パートナーとの調整、進捗管理、課題解決を主導し、安定した商用生産体制の構築を目指します。また、ADCパイプラインの抗体中間体や原薬製造に関わる技術移転を、多様なステークホルダーと協働し推進します。
• 海外製造拠点との連携や、CMC領域のプロジェクト管理も含みます。

Requirements

• 抗体医薬品またはバイオ医薬品の製造プロセス開発経験
• 製造施設への製造プロセス技術移転経験
• TOEIC730以上

• 海外製造場所への技術移転経験
• CMC関連プロジェクトマネジメント経験
