Responsibilities

ご本人の希望やこれまでの経験・スキルに応じて以下のような研究に取り組んでいただきます。

• 医薬品分子設計に必要な機械学習技術の開発（分子表現学習、構造予測、分子・配座生成、物性／活性予測、データ効率改善、等。この限りではなく、自由な発想による研究成果創出を期待します。）
• 開発した技術に関する論文投稿／学会発表

Requirements

必須要件:

• 国際会議あるいは学術誌での機械学習に関する論文採択経験
• 医学・薬学・理学・情報学・工学系の博士号
• Python, Pytorchによるプログラミング能力

歓迎条件:

• バイオインフォマティクス、ケモインフォマティクス分野での研究経験
• 生体分子モデリング／分子シミュレーションの活用経験
