Our activities are centered on auditing services, and our main businesses include accounting audits, financial reporting audits, internal audits, and risk assessment. We also provide non-audit services such as accounting and financial advisory, tax advisory, and consulting. We provide professional services to ensure the financial soundness and transparency of companies and organizations and to assess business risks.

Responsibilities

• 経済産業省や厚生労働省、内閣官房等の官公庁の調査・政策立案支援を主軸に、地方自治体や業界団体、民間企業へのコンサルティングも実施しています。
• 現在の主要テーマ：
• 人材の確保・定着（外国人材の受入・定着・活躍促進等）
• 組織・人材マネジメント（人的資本経営、ダイバーシティ経営、女性活躍等）
• 生活・社会サービス／レジリエンス（子育て、教育、福祉、防災等）
• 地域の将来構想（人口減少・少子高齢化を踏まえた地域戦略／産業・人材戦略）
• 地域施策・事業の実装（事業の設計～実行伴走・効果検証）

Requirements

必須条件：

• シンクタンク、または経営コンサルティングにおける実務経験
• 公共政策に関する実務経験、または調査経験
• 顧客開拓やプロジェクトマネジメントの経験

歓迎条件：

• ビジネスレベルの英語力（英語によるヒアリング調査等の経験）
• 提案書作成経験
• 社会調査の実施経験
• 経営戦略、人材戦略の分析・立案経験
• 論文執筆経験
• 修士号、MBA取得者
