日本サプライオペレーション全体において、安定した原材料供給の確保および在庫の最適化に責任を持ち、事業目標達成の支援をお任せします。

■Accountabilities

• Create and maintain balanced supply plans for AI and FF&P over current season and 24-month horizon, ensuring alignment with agreed S&OP plans and stock policies. Integrate both domestic production and import supply sources.
• Develop and execute production plans for domestic tolling operations, working closely with Tolling Production Managers and Direct Procurement. Communicate rolling production plans to tollers on a monthly basis.
• Actively participating Country S&OP processes, collaborating with Finance and Commercial teams to ensure integrated planning. Present key P&S inputs and scenarios in monthly meetings.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities by coordinating detailed schedules with tollers and import sources aligned with commercial launch plans.
• Manage intercompany orders and import logistics operations to ensure compliant and on-time delivery. Work effectively with 4PL vendors and regional/global supply teams to drive operational efficiency.
• Communicating regional supply planner for imported materials and toll manufacturer for domestically produced materials to ensure right products are supplied at right time, including detailed scheduling where needed, including executing all necessary transactions (PO, GR, GI) around in compliant manner.
• Identify supply constraints proactively across all supply sources (import, domestic production, AI availability). Flag issues to appropriate stakeholders and contribute to creating mitigation options/scenarios. Raise critical issues in monthly Requirements & Operations Planning (ROP) meetings.
• Coordinate agricultural product label creation and revision processes, working with Regulatory, Marketing and other related functions, to ensure timely execution aligned with business and regulatory requirements in compliant way.
• Monitor inventory KPI against targets and create scenarios to optimize the balance between service levels, cost, and working capital.
• Review and maintain planning master data & product master data periodically, ensuring all relevant supply processes are rightly in place to meet customer requirement.
• Coordinate monthly reconciliation of inventory at toller sites and port warehouses. Support physical inventory counts based on stock counting policy.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning processes and operational efficiency. Identify opportunities to leverage technology and cross-functional collaboration to improve productivity.
• Ensure all planning operations comply with the company's MRP philosophies & principles, Trade & Customs requirements, HSE standards, and regulatory requirements.
• ※Travel within Japan is required on a regular basis for visiting tollers & warehouse etc
• ※Occasional overseas travel may be expected for regional meetings.

Requirements

• 大学卒以上
• サプライチェーンプランニング、生産計画、在庫管理の分野で5年以上の実務経験
• ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル
• ネイティブレベルの日本語スキル
• ERPシステム（特に Planning Module：SAP / APO / IBP）に関する高度な知識
