Main responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the service business, identify new opportunities, and expand into new markets, aligned with company goals.
- Lead, manage, and motivate direct/indirect service sales teams, achieving targets for revenue, and contract capture rate.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align service offerings with customer needs and market trends.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the service business unit.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
- Coach and mentor team members to achieve high performance and foster a collaborative environment.
- Requirements

Minimum requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in service sales, commercial management, or a related role within the healthcare industry.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving growth targets and developing successful commercial strategies.
- Strong understanding of service sales, service marketing, sales processes, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Fluency in Japanese and English, both written and verbal.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to execute operational plans.
- Internal and external stakeholder management.
- Leadership skills with experience managing teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in business planning and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Sciences, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
