Responsibilities
Main responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the service business, identify new opportunities, and expand into new markets, aligned with company goals.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate direct/indirect service sales teams, achieving targets for revenue, and contract capture rate.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align service offerings with customer needs and market trends.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the service business unit.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
  • Coach and mentor team members to achieve high performance and foster a collaborative environment.
Requirements
Minimum requirements:
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in service sales, commercial management, or a related role within the healthcare industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving growth targets and developing successful commercial strategies.
  • Strong understanding of service sales, service marketing, sales processes, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluency in Japanese and English, both written and verbal.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to execute operational plans.
  • Internal and external stakeholder management.
  • Leadership skills with experience managing teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in business planning and reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Sciences, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
