商業サービス戦略のリードおよび実行をご担当いただきます。
この役割には、ビジネス機会の開発、サービスセールスの最適化、医療業界に対する深い理解、および卓越した顧客体験の確保において強力なリーダーシップが求められます。

■Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the service business, identify new opportunities, and expand into new markets, aligned with company goals.
• Lead, manage, and motivate direct/indirect service sales teams, achieving targets for revenue, and contract capture rate.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align service offerings with customer needs and market trends.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the service business unit.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
• Coach and mentor team members to achieve high performance and foster a collaborative environment.

Requirements

■必須

• 8年以上の医療業界におけるサービスセールス、商業管理、または関連する役割での経験
• 成長目標を達成し、成功した商業戦略を開発した実績
• サービスセールス、サービスマーケティング、セールスプロセス、市場動向に関する強力な理解
• ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル
• ネイティブレベルの日本語スキル
• ビジネス、ヘルスケアマネジメント、科学、または関連分野の学士号
