Responsibilities

• カスタマープロダクトチーム管理全般
• 顧客、取引先及び社内ステークホルダーの関係構築とコミュニケーション
• 大手外食向け需給管理・店舗発注アプリケーションの導入と運用支援
• 予測システムの継続的な改善・精度向上提案・支援
• システムリニューアルに向けた新システムの設計、実装、移行
• 新規顧客開拓、顧客からの新規要件をサポートするためのITプロジェクトへの参画
• ビジネス要件・システム課題を分析し、開発チームと協力しながらソリューション提供をリードする
• 内外ユーザーからの問い合わせ対応、改善強化に関する要望の分析・検討・実行
• 継続的なトラブルシューティングを提供するためのコミュニケーションの確立

Requirements

必須条件

• コンピュータ・サイエンス／情報技術または関連分野の学士／修士号
• 7年以上のIT全般管理経験（アプリケーションの運用とサポート、運用プロセス、ポリシー、ツール、マトリクスの確立と実施）
• 新規システム導入経験
• サードパーティサービスおよびプロジェクト業務のサービス管理を通じて、サービス品質とコスト効率を推進した経験
• 問題解決、顧客管理、サービスレベル管理、根本原因分析における実証された経験、およびチーム横断的な問題解決において協力し促進する能力
