Responsibilities

• グローバルパフォーマンスマネージメントの運営(企画立案、システムデザイン、年間サイクルの運営。対象はグローバルに役員と従業員)
• 行動基準の運営
• 1on1カルチャーの推進
• 国内海外グループ会社役員人事プロセスの運営
• MVV推進(FY25まではプロジェクト体制。FY26はプロジェクトが解散となるものの、適宜フォローアップ活動を実施予定)

【入社後すぐの業務】

• 会社の基本事項を覚えると共に、前任者から業務引継ぎを行いながら、上記業務を開始

【入社4ヵ月～1年以降】

• 1年目は年間サイクルを覚えながら、既存課題を解決していく
• 2年目以降は新たな改善活動やアイディアを取り入れ、施策を充実させていく

Requirements

必須条件:

• 3年以上の本社人事企画業務経験、またはビジネス組織での人事施策立案・運営経験、HRBP経験
• TOEIC(R)テスト600点以上

7.8 - 12.2 million yen
