Responsibilities

フィールドアプリケーションエンジニア（FAE）は、主要顧客に対する技術的な窓口として、顧客の課題解決や技術サポートを通じてビジネス拡大に貢献します。社内の営業・エンジニアリングチームと連携し、顧客の技術的ニーズに基づいた提案や製品仕様の調整を行います。 

• 顧客からの技術的問い合わせ・トラブル対応（リモート／オンサイト）
• 新製品導入（NPI）や製品評価のサポート
• 技術提案・仕様策定を通じたスペックイン活動の推進
• 営業チームとの連携によるビジネス拡大支援
• 顧客の技術ロードマップ・市場動向の把握と社内共有
• 社内外ステークホルダーへの技術情報発信および報告

Requirements

必須条件:

• 日本語コミュニケーション [ネイティブレベル] 
• 機械工学卒もしくは同等の機械工学知識&経験
• 真空装置知識/経験 
• 半導体業界知識&経験
• 英語ビジネスレベル
• 異文化交流経験
• 交渉能力
