Responsibilities

• FEM解析、CATIAを活用したシート骨格設計
• 評価試験の計画（耐久性、危害性、難燃性）
• 開発パートナーとの連携推進（海外を含む、素材・部品メーカー）
• 展示会などのイベントの計画と運営
• 最新技術動向の調査、ベンチマーク
• 社外の想定ユーザーとの交流、意見ヒアリング調査
• スケジュール、予算管理、チーム運営への参画

Requirements

必須条件：

• 自動車のボデー設計経験　※シート設計の経験有無は問いません
• 構造力学、材料力学、機械設計の基礎知識

歓迎条件：

• 自動車用シートの設計経験
• 英語でのコミュニケーション力（TOEIC（R）テスト730点以上相当）
