■Key Responsibilities- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for direct-hire positions in Japan, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Market Expertise: Leverage knowledge of the Japanese IT services market to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong network of IT professionals in Japan for current and future hiring needs.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labor laws and company policies.
- Data & Reporting: Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to leadership on progress and market trends.

- 5年以上のITサービス分野での採用経験
- 日本国内でのダイレクトハイアリングの成功実績
- IT関連の役職(例:ソフトウェアエンジニア、プロジェクトマネージャー、クラウドスペシャリストなど)についての知識
- ATSシステムおよびソーシングプラットフォーム(Workday、LinkedIn Recruiter、求人ボード、その他日本市場のソーシングチャネル)の使用経験
