Responsibilities

業務は大きく分けて2つあります。1．新しいプロジェクト立ち上げの際の設備立ち上げ・導入・サポート

• サプライヤーとの打ち合わせ
• 新しい製品に対するSOPに合わせて金型や工具などを揃える
• 組み立てライン（基盤テスト、プログラムなど）の設計に対して、図面から必要な部分を抜き出し、サプライヤーと設備設計をしていく
• SOPから数か月間は工場のサポートも行う

2．スタンダードの標準化 ※仕事の比率としてこちらの方が多いです

• PS（プロダクションスタンダート）を各工場へ展開する
• デジタル化を展開する
• 稼働率改善を行う（将来的には工場へロボットの導入等を進める）
• 工程不良の改善を行う

Requirements

必須条件:

• 製造業の工場の標準化や改善の経験
• 設備導入立ち上げ（規模感は問わない）の経験
• 日本語：ビジネスレベル（工場の生産管理のメンバーと）
• 英語：ビジネスレベル（サプライヤーや海外拠点と）

歓迎条件:

• テストエンジニアの経験
• 億単位の設備導入立ち上げの経験

※設備メーカー出身の方もOKです（プロダクトに寄りますが、産業用ロボットを作ってるメーカーなどが望ましいです）
