Responsibilities

• 光モジュール/光デバイスの製造技術開発
• 変調器向け先端LNチップ製造プロセス開発
• 半導体プロセス要素技術の技術動向調査、社内外との連携強化

Requirements

• 電機業界でデバイス開発実務経験が5年程度以上
• 量産工程の構築経験
• 半導体製造プロセス要素技術開発スキル

歓迎条件：

• 半導体または光デバイスの製造技術開発経験あり
• シリコンフォトニクス素子を用いた光デバイス製造に精通
• ファンドリのコントロールまたは外部連携活動の経験あり
