Responsibilities

エピタキシャル半導体製造装置開発の中で、実際にプロセス（成膜）を行っていただきます。

• シリコン、GaN、SiC膜の成膜方法（レシピ）の開発と測定機による評価
• 装置の開発、客先でのデモンストレーション、メンテナンス、トラブル対応
• プロセスに関する客先でのプロセス仕様打合せ、装置立上、客先でのプロセス支援

Requirements

• 国内外への長期出張が可能な方。
• エピ成膜に興味がある方。

歓迎条件：・半導体の製造等において何らかの成膜経験がある方。・半導体製造装置（CVD装置）を使用した成膜経験がある方。・半導体製造装置（CVD装置）で使用されるガスや、真空装置の取り扱い経験がある方。・英語でのコミュニケーションが可能な方。
