Responsibilities

• タレント人財の発掘・選抜プロセスの企画と実行
• 重要ポジションのサクセッションプラン管理
• タレント人財のレビュー会議体の実施、育成プランの策定、育成状況のモニタリング（対象者や上長へのインタビューを含む）
• 全社の人財育成プログラム（階層別研修、LMS管理、自己啓発支援施策等）の企画と実行

Requirements

必須条件：

• 人財マネジメント（採用・配置/異動・人財育成・評価/報酬・人財アセスメント）に関する経験（一部でも可）
• 新規企画の立案・体制構築・展開の経験
• 多様な関係者との連携やイベントプロジェクト等のチームを推進した経験
• 人事労務、関連法規に関する一般的な理解
• 戦略人事に関する知識
