Responsibilities

PPL(Project Production Leader)として新しい商品づくりに必要な新しい製造技術や新しい工程づくりの企画を立案・実行を担当します。実現したい意匠や構造に対して、新工法・新工程はどうあるべきかを考えていきます。同時に、投資妥当性・生産性・社会貢献性など、あらゆる要素を検討して企画します。企画立案後は、製造技術や工場のメンバーとともに、リーダーとして車両の生産開始までチャレンジしていきます。業務詳細:もっといいクルマづくりと工場づくりに向けた生準戦略企画立案と実行

• 投資と原価企画
• 生産性向上企画
• 工場将来像の立案
• 新技術織り込み企画
• 品質作り込み計画

※但し一人で作るのではなくチームで作り上げていきますのでご安心ください

Requirements

必須条件:

• 主に自動車関連産業にて、生産準備企画や計画の経験のある方（例：新車プロジェクトを1回以上経験および3年以上経験）
• 情熱を持って「もっと良いクルマ」を実現したいという意欲のある方
• 製品企画／生産準備メンバーと一緒にチームワークを大切にして仕事ができる方
• 関係部署に対するリーダーシップを発揮して業務を進められる方
• 自動車普通免許保
