Responsibilities

中期経営計画で掲げる、イノベーションマネジメントの一貫で、先端パッケージング分野で事業拡大のため、装置の製品企画及び営業業務をお任せします。同社Core技術を活用し、先端パッケージの新分野へ販路拡大します。そのためのマーケティング、製品企画、営業活動を幅広く行います。具体的には:

• 担当顧客をもち、製造部門／間接部門と連携し営業活動の遂行
• 国内／海外問わない幅広い顧客対応
• 半導体後工程を中心とした、工程全般を理解した上で技術的要素を含んだ営業活動
• 営業活動を通して、将来の開発要素を導き出すマーケティング活動
• 中長期的視点による、マーケティング活動

※顧客の殆どは海外のため、ビジネス英語スキル必須です。その他、中国語、韓国語などコミュニケーション能力があれば尚可。

Requirements

必須要件:

• メーカーでの勤務経験（3年以上めど。職種不問）
• 多様な関係者と業務遂行できるコミュニケーション力、協調性

歓迎要件:

• メーカーでの営業経験
• 海外顧客や自社海外拠点とのビジネス/協業経験
• ビジネスでの英語/中国語使用経験
