Responsibilities

航空機を始めとしたエンジンに使用される、各部品修理の特殊工程に関わる生産技術開発業務をお任せいたします。強靭化、軽量化が進む航空機部品には、洗浄、溶射、メッキ、塗装、熱処理、溶接など特殊な工程を複数組み合わせて部品を修理する必要があります。それらの工程をいくつか担当しながら、OJTなどを通して専門技術や各種材料等に対する深い知識を身に付け、自社技術や設備の特徴をどう活かすかを考え、時には新たな修理の開発や新技術の導入を行なっていただきます。将来的にはロボット・ICT技術を活用した修理工程の高度化・効率化や、特殊工程の開発・量産化・標準化・維持管理といった業務を幅広く担当いただくことを期待します。エンジン部品の損傷における因子を特定し、それぞれの破損の種類に対して異なる工程・手法を検討していくような、常に考え続ける業務です。新たな修理技術の開発や自社技術および設備の特徴をいかした工程を検討するなど、やりがいのあるポジションです。

Requirements

必須条件:

• 理系の学部を卒業された方（機械・化学・材料系を専攻されている方は歓迎）
• 英語力（英語のマニュアルが読める／日常会話が可能なレベル）

歓迎条件:

• 化学・材料に対する知識 
• 表面処理技術に関する業務経験（塗装・接着・メッキなど）
