Responsibilities

While Technology Project Management (TPM) is responsible for technology development projects, Product Project Management (PPM) manages mass-produced product projects in the business involving the AES module. This position is for a project manager in PPM within the AES Module, in Engineering Group.

Main responsibilities:

• Project Management
  • PPM manages the product project on AES touch and Pen with relevant stakeholders including the customer and outside partners and vendors depending on the project scope.
• Process Improvement
  • PPM contributes to process improvement such as product development, quality management and lessons & learns to continue making project management more competitive.
• Customer Success
  • PPM contributes to making achievements beyond the customer expectations and improving customer satisfaction with technical and logical approaches.
• Scope Management
  • Define the project scope and goal for the assigned project with relevant stakeholders and customers, lead the project team with the story in mind to achieve it.
• Resource Management
  • Coordinate internal resources and cooperate with outside partners & vendors to proceed the product development. Clarify necessary tasks and project team members to support the project scope.
• Leadership
  • Take a strong lead and direct the work of engineers and internal stakeholders to manage the project and solve reported issues.
• Stakeholder Engagement
  • Communicate and establish strengthen proactive relationship with internal stakeholders and the customer.
• Continuous Skill Enhancement
  • Continue studying company technology and relevant industrial technologies to keep you capable of contributing to the project success.

AES Moduleが関わる事業では、Technology Project Management（以下、TPM）が技術開発プロジェクトを担当し、PPMが量産製品プロジェクトを担当しています。こちらはAESモジュールのPPMとしてのポジションとなります。
業務内容：

• プロジェクト管理
  • プロジェクトの範囲に応じて、顧客、外部パートナー、ベンダー等、利害関係者とともに、AESを用いたタッチセンサとペンの量産プロジェクトを管理する。
• プロセス改善
  • プロジェクト管理をより競争力の高いものにするために、製品開発、品質管理、Lessons & Learns等のプロセス改善に貢献する。
• カスタマーサクセス
  • 技術的および論理的なアプローチにより、顧客の期待を超える成果を上げ、顧客満足度向上に貢献する。
• スコープ管理
  • 割り当てられたプロジェクトのスコープと目標を、顧客を含む利害関係者とともに定義し、ストーリーを念頭に置いてプロジェクトチームをリードして、これを達成する。
• リソース管理
  • 社内リソースを調整し、外部のパートナーやベンダーと協力して製品開発を進める。プロジェクトスコープを達成するために必要なタスクとプロジェクトチームメンバーを明確にする。
• リーダーシップ
  • 強力なリーダーシップを発揮し、エンジニアや社内関係者の作業を指揮して、プロジェクトを管理し、報告された問題を解決する。
• ステークホルダーエンゲージメント
  • 顧客や社内関係者と率先してコミュニケーションを取り、積極的に関係構築を行う。
• 継続的なスキル強化
  • 当社の技術や関連する産業技術を学習し続け、プロジェクトの成功に寄与する。

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

• Technical background
  • Experience of development leader or customer support for electrical circuits, IC design or firmware/software development.
• Project Leading Experience
  • Success experience in leading and managing projects with stakeholders and customers within the consumer electronics industry is preferred.
• Leadership Skill
  • Strong leadership and driving force to lead the projects with relevant stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving Skill
  • Ability to solve issues timely with logical thinking and approach.
• Communication Skill
  • Good communication with relevant stakeholders and the customer in front.
• English
  • No hesitation in using English (no need to be fluent)

※We welcome applications for the Senior Specialist position from individuals who are interested in leveraging their experience to take on a project management role. Prior hands-on experience as a project manager is not necessarily required.


必須要件：

• 技術的なバックグラウンド
  • 電気回路/ICまたはファームウェア/ソフトウェアの開発において、開発または顧客サポートを主導した経験があること。
• プロジェクトリードの経験
  • 電子機器産業において、利害関係者や顧客とのプロジェクトをリードあるいはマネジメントした経験があれば尚望ましい。
• リーダーシップスキル
  • 強力なリーダーシップと推進力により、利害関係者とともにプロジェクトを主導する能力。
• 問題解決スキル
  • 論理的な思考とアプローチでタイムリーに問題を解決する能力。
• コミュニケーションスキル
  • 利害関係者や顧客の前で良好なコミュニケーションを行う能力。
• 英語
  • 英語を使用することに抵抗がないこと（流暢さは必須ではない）

※Senior Specialist：ポジションへのご応募にあたっては、これまでのご経験を活かし、プロジェクトマネジメントの役割に挑戦したいという意欲をお持ちの方であれば、プロジェクトマネージャーとしての直接的な実務経験は必須ではありません。
