In particular, we help companies optimize their management and financial strategies to achieve business growth and maximize value, leveraging our expertise in M&A, capital market transactions, and financial restructuring to provide solutions that meet our clients' needs. We also develop strategies to support our clients' sustainable growth by staying abreast of domestic and international regulations and market trends. Our data analysis and technology-enabled approach helps clients make more effective decisions and contributes to their business success.

Responsibilities

• スタートアップ向け：事業開発、ビジョン策定、資金調達、採用・組織づくり、広報PR、海外展開等の各種支援を実施
• 官公庁・自治体向け：スタートアップやイノベーション関連政策の企画・実行支援
• 大企業向け：新規事業の計画策定支援、スタートアップとの協業支援、CVC組成支援、海外スタートアップのリサーチ・ソーシング支援、イントレプレナーの育成支援、等

Requirements

必須条件：

• スタートアップ経営者や自治体、大企業など様々なステークホルダーと関係性を構築し、ニーズを聞き出し、ソリューション提案できるスキル
• 英語または中国でのビジネスレベルでのコミュニケーションが可能な方
