In particular, we help companies optimize their management and financial strategies to achieve business growth and maximize value, leveraging our expertise in M&A, capital market transactions, and financial restructuring to provide solutions that meet our clients' needs. We also develop strategies to support our clients' sustainable growth by staying abreast of domestic and international regulations and market trends. Our data analysis and technology-enabled approach helps clients make more effective decisions and contributes to their business success.

Responsibilities

グローバル（特に東南アジア）に特化し、下記2つの活動に従事して頂きます。

• 大企業の新規事業支援／オープンイノベーション支援
• ベンチャー企業の成長支援コンサル

※経験や適性を考慮して業務をアサインします※シンガポール在住のコンサルタントと業務推進して頂きます。赴任前提ではなく、業務拡大に伴い東南アジアへ出張ベースで業務推進頂く想定です

Requirements

必須条件：

• ビジネスレベル以上の英語力

歓迎条件：

• スタートアップ投資経験 or CVC経験者
• コンサル経験 or 新規事業経験
• 戦略コンサルティング経験
• 事業会社等での経営企画・事業企画・新規事業開発・マーケティング企画・デジタル戦略・R&D戦略部門での実務経験
• 営業（新規開拓）経験（1,000万円以上の無形商材の提案経験）
• USCPA／公認会計士（日本）
• MBA
