Responsibilities

• 国内/海外の発電プラントの長期メンテナンス契約における工事検討
• 現在の工事実績を分析し、作業要領・工程・工具・人員等の見積条件へフィードバック
• 上記で整備した実力ベースの見積条件に対してプラント毎の条件を加えることで契約毎の工事検討および見積を実施
• お客様との現地工事に関する契約条件すり合わせ対応
• 国内/海外の拠点および工事施工会社へのタービンメンテナンス工事トレーニング
• トレーニング講座の企画・運営（ベースコースからのアレンジ要望聴取・講師および助勢作業員手配・おもてなし企画他）
• トレーニングセンタの設備保守
• 上記業務のうち適性に合わせて、いずれかの業務を組合せる予定

Requirements

必須条件：

• 基本的なPCスキル（Word、Excel、PowerPoint）
• 周囲との円滑なコミュニケーション能力、関係者との調整能力

歓迎条件：

• 建設業法/労働安全衛生法知識
• 英語での流暢な会話および文章作成
