Responsibilities

• 日本国内の既存店舗の安全管理、修繕・維持管理計画の立案と投資・修繕コストのマネジメント
• 店舗設備の設計・仕様基準の見直しによる予防メンテナンス
• 既存店舗の災害時対応、日常修繕対応
• 日常点検、法定点検等による安全管理、法令順守
• 協力ベンダーとのリレーション構築と業務指導

Requirements

• 建築設備に関する知識

いずれかの業務ご経験:

• 小売店舗や商業施設のメンテナンス業務
• 建物設備に関わるメンテナンスのインハウス業務経験

歓迎条件:

• 一級建築士、建築設備士、設備管理系資格
