Responsibilities

総務・人事本部 グローバル人事センター システムチームにて、SAP（SuccessFactors）、COMPANYなどの人事システムを使用した人事業務を担当いただきます。海外子会社のメンバーともコミュニケーションを取りながら、同社グループ社員の人事データをグローバルに管理・活用するための人事システムの構築・運用に貢献いただきます。

• 既存の人事システム（SAP SuccessFactors）の管理・運用
• 各種人事に関連するグローバルデータのとりまとめ・活用
• グローバル人材データベースの管理・運用、拡充方法の検討・実施

Requirements

応募要件:

• なんらかの人事システム（Workday, Oracle, SuccessFactors, COMPANY等）の管理・運用経験
• 人事業務の実務経験（目安3年以上）
• ビジネスレベルの英語力（目安TOEICスコア700 以上）※海外グループ会社のローカル社員とのコミュニケーションが発生します。

• 人事関係のデータの取り扱い経験
• グローバル人事経験
• PowerBIの使用経験
