We are a global company operating in the insurance and asset management sectors. Originating from the Netherlands, we are a life insurance company primarily based in Europe and Japan. We provide insurance and asset management services to assist customers in preparing for unforeseen events in the future.

Responsibilities

• 人事のコア業務(給与や労務管理チームを想定)に貢献する各チームでメンバーとして貢献し、その他の人事部業務へのサポートも必要に応じて実施する
• 人事労務管理
• 給与支払関連業務（給与・賞与関連、役員報酬含む）
• トレーニング、人材開発業務
• パフォーマンスマネジメント業務
• 各種人事問い合わせ対応
• 人事部各種人事制度の企画・プロジェクト貢献・制度運用業務
• 業務関連レポート対応
• 業務関連システム対応

Requirements

• データ分析力・データ処理力・問題を分析し、解決する能力
• 人事部または人事関連業界での勤務経験
• 日本語＋ビジネス英語（業務上の英語を使用できるレベル、もしくは早急なキャッチアップをする意欲がある）
